Absolute garbage company. They shave a few unnoticeable dollars off of your bills and then send you an bill every month or nail you with a huge lump sum invoice for the amount it would save over the next few years. Stay far away from these scam artists .
My shark was only able to get me a one-time credit of $25, which I'm not actually receiving all at once, and then I got charged $10. In essence, I was only saved $15. Total waste of time, in my opinion.
I joined last year in an effort to save money. The invoice cost me more than my monthly payment, which I was unable to pay because of the invoice. I wrote an email and asked them to stop. They responded. This year they send another invoice saying that they save money again. They save $20/month. The invoice was for$39. Not happy at all.
Re-negotiated my bill without my consent or knowledge automatically and demanded payment. No easy way to cancel services and no alert system prior to a re-negotiation. Very predatory company.
Worst customer service ever. They wont pick up the calls. I tried to send an email. I contacted them to negotiate my tmobile bill. Now I got a bill with more amount than I used to pay.
I thought this was free and you want to charge 192 usd that i dont have and my bill is still the same. You wont let me cancel and im pretty pissed about it.
I did not give my permission to be locked into a 12 month savings. I made it clear the house was up for sale and the service company where I moved to next could be a different one. I would like to have this “sabings” reversed instead of being charged comission on a savings based on a year service I most likely will not receive.
Discount was based on changing my existing cable plan to a 12 month commintment. I had advised my house was for sale and most likely I could not use the 12 month plan. No I’ll be billed a 40% of a 12 month plan which I made clear I was not interested in. I was assisted by Noi Carvalho
I advised that my house is up for sale snd did not want sny nong term commitment since I could move to an area with a different privider. I was enrolled in a different cable plan which offers 25 dollars a month discount based on 24 month. Exactly what I didnt want. Now Bill Shark plans to collect based on a year commintment which most likely I will not benefit from. Also those plans are offered to owners not need to pay to get them
