I lost approximately 31 of the 60 reviews that my Clients graciously left for my legal practice. Birdeye advised me that it was a "technical" issue that was now resolved. Although the issue may have been resolved going forward, Birdeye was not able to recapture the lost reviews, and suggested that I undertake a campaign to request new reviews from those Clients whose reviews were lost. I hired Birdeye in July with my husband. We both signed in with the understanding that we are two separate practices in the same facility they stated they could distinguish both of us we have tried to follow what they asked us to do. Birdeye could never get this right from the beginning, most of the reviews I get were from me asking the patients directly to write a review. Extortion of small business. Listing duplicate negative reviews and omitting positive reviews to intimidate businesses and blackmailing them to pay them for corrections.
BirdEye claims they are the #1 software for businesses to "drive your customers to become your marketing engine" I was introduced to BirdEye by Chris from Local Search For Dentist (which I do not recommend either and that will be in another post). I just wanted to inform you that during our "call" that Nina S.and a man were discussing potential clients and made a disparaging comment about the type of work my company does. I had connected into the call and they were speaking freely as if they had forgotten they had a meeting arranged. I want to note that the man was the one making most of the comments. Unacceptable service. Unbusiness like.
Terrible experience with (Sarah) customer service. They present a "hard sell" with no follow through. I feel like they stole my money. Getting a refund has been almost impossible.
