I received some training from Rachel Melnick and she was amazing. She walked me through the entire program teaching me how to use all the tools. After our training she emailed me and listed everything we went over together and included the items that she was going to help me incorporate. Several weeks later I emailed her with a question and she responded right away and provided detailed information regarding my question. She goes above and beyond in her efforts to provide superior customer service.
Sub par customer service. Our account was mistakenly cancelled, once they reinstated it we had problems. We promised resolution on 3 different occasions by support, each time I would be called back the next day and told they could not provide the resolution they promised because I was working with someone who 'didn't know anything about the service they were talking about'.
