I received a thorough and timely response from Customer Support. We were trying to integrate reviews from additional review sites, but these reviews cannot be automatically aggregated, which is a service we would like to see in the future. While disappointing, it was not an issue with the customer support team.

I kept missing the calls for support, but the representative in charge with my case was very patient and did not give up until we got it figured out. He didn't not show any sign of annoyance or dissatisfaction with me, even though by missing his calls multiple times, I dragged the interaction out over a full week. All things considered, it was good customer service and I am happy with how it all went.
My advisor, Kyle, was great. Very knowledgable about the product, personable on the phone, and timely in the implementation. I would recommend him to other customers.
Short of getting Google Maps as a choice as the image for a review shared on Facebook, everything is great.
I have had to contact Birdeye support a few times this week for what turned out to be minor problems. As a new user, they have been very helpful, very friendly, incredibly quick to fix any problems, and provide links to articles so I can fix the issue next time. Very impressed. Please look up the reps that helped and give them a pat on the back for me.
