The problem we were experiencing was a birdeye system-wide issue, and it was resolved within the day.
I received great support today from Ashita. My main problem with being able to send BBB reviews was almost completely resolved. I've uncovered some minor issues I overlooked (my fault completely on this one) which I can reach out about to correct. Overall, I'm really excited from the resolution that Ashita and the Birdeye team worked on today. Thanks for the help!
