Did what was promised, gave me an opinion of the status of the furnace took about an hour and was very satisfiedwith the work and of the person who did the work.
Jason came out to service the furnace, and he did a great job. He helped to adjust the thermostat as well, and our house is now much warmer. I felt he was honest and he did a great job. We will for sure contact them again for future maintenance.
Scheduled gas furnace inspection/tune-up on Angie's List. Black Lion promptly confirmed the appointment. Jason (technician) came out on time, performed work, explained what was being done and answered all my questions. Jason checked everything thoroughly, inspected, cleaned parts and tested everything. All very professional. Excellent value. Would use them again.
I bought a Big Deal for a furnace tune up. It was easy to contact the company and schedule the service on the day I wanted. The technician arrived promptly. He did an extensive inspection of my furnace, and he found a problem with it. He told me that I probably needed to buy a new furnace and that my old one could be dangerous. The service provided to me by Black Lion Heating & Air Conditioning was fine. Their price was good and they came out really quick to put it in. It's still working good.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service that Josh at Black Lion provided. I called themin the early morning and made an appointment for mid-afternoon. They came (45)minutesearly, which I really appreciated. Then they were able to diagnose the problem in less than (5) minutes, and fix it (and do a couple of other necessarythings) within (10) minutes. A few days before Thanksgiving, I found my furnace had stopped working. I called Black Lion (after researching prices on other sites) and found their prices and reviews to be the best... others quoted $120+ to come out just to diagnose the issue while, Black Lion was only charging $85 for the first hour.
