We have had carers for my Dad for some years and had thought things were going ok -due to unforseen circumstances we are using Bluebird Care and are now finally experiencing what high quality care is like! I recently visited to find my Dad happy and relaxed, warm and comfortable-he was dressed appropriately in warm clean fresh clothes and was clearly showered, shaved, teeth cleaned, hair clean and brushed -such a delight to see him as he was when my Mum was with us! I cannot express how much help and support the team have given to my son and the family. They are so caring considerate and very professional. Nothing is to much trouble .my son looks forward to them visiting and loves chatting as they take excellent care .Thankyou Bluebird for helping us restore our faith in the care system .

My brother in law received his first visit in November 2024. Every night since then he has been delighted with the service he has received, he really looks forward to each visit enjoying the banter, and the proffesional and respectful way he is treated.

Care provided for morning visit including getting up out of bed, getting washed & dressed, ensuring medication is taken, breakfast provided and left in her chair with a cup of tea & fresh water. The app is an excellent way for family to read the daily report and see who provided care each day and how it went. Visits have been timely apart from one day when the carer ran an hour late but accept these things happen on occasions so no problem. We have been delighted with the care Mum has received over the last year. Bluebird Carers are all very compassionate and skilled. They treat our mum with patience and respect, even when her behaviour can be quite challenging. They often go "the extra mile". The management team in Chester are super. They are responsive and easy to contact. There is a very high level of professionalism. I have had home care with Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Flintshire since September 2024. I was in a black hole and had a bad 2 weeks with my last service provider so I told them not to come to my house again, put another way I sacked them. Then I had a chat with Bluebird and I have not looked back. I had nothing to look forward to but now I look forward to my carers coming every morning 7 days a week, nothing is too much trouble for them, they never ever rush me, we do it at my pace as I have heart failure, rheumatoid arthri... read more

My sister is provided with consistently excellent care by her carer and the backup that is provided by all the staff at Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire. I would highly recommend Bluebird for providing care services to anybody in need of care services.

My parents and I have been very impressed with the service provided by Bluebird care. I asked Bluebird to meet my parents to explain what support could be provided. A staff member gave me an in depth report of the visit giving an account of how my parents responded and what could be arranged moving forward. Since we assigned Bluebird to a weekly visit they have done excellent work supporting my dad who has dementia and assisting my mother. We would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

Punctual and polite. They always make you feel at ease when with you, may have only been with them for a month or so, so would promote their services to other people who might need help in future for their care.
