My experience has been excellent from day one, the carers who arrive in the morning are wonderful very caring and helpful. When they arrive to help in the morning they are very kind to my daughter in helping her to get ready for her day.

Bluebird have attended my mum, weekdays for two years now. They are consistently attentive and sensitive to arisings, inevitable with older people. They always respond to arisings quickly. They show initiative to contact medics if required. My mum likes them.

Bluebird Care has been looking after my husband now for almost three years. At first, everything was new to us and at times, very trying, but with the care and determination of the carers, things have become so much easier. They have become part of our family and they help and support not only my husband, but myself too.

Bluebird has now provided carers for my mother for over five years. Initially, care was provided for only a few days each week to assist my mother when showering. As my mother's mobility decreased, the care package was increased to help her with dressing in the mornings. We contacted Bluebird Care following a recommendation when my mother needed 24-hour care. The team were easy to contact, clear and professional and were able to put exactly the arrangements we needed in place within a week. The staff visited and met my mother and members of the family to carefully assess her needs. The carer who joined the family, was calm, professional, patient and very caring. She in turn was well supported by the rest of the team at Bluebird. We could not have managed without them.

Bluebird Care has been providing help for my husband for some time now. Everyone is really nice and helpful our regular carer, is so good with my husband and tries so hard to get him to go for a walk! He might yet surprise her and agree! Everyone who has been here and everyone in the office is really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I’m very happy with the service we get from Bluebird Care.

Bluebird provided carers for my mum from October 2019, when she came out of hospital after a fall, until she died in November 2020. Mum had always disliked the idea of having carers, but her experience with Bluebird changed her mind. The carers were more like friends to mum. They showed her such respect. My brother and I were so grateful to Bluebird for all the care they gave mum in the last year of her life. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone.

I engaged the services of Bluebird for my mum in February 2020, up until she was admitted to hospital in May 2021. Unfortunately mum now requires 24-hour care. The initial interview with Bluebird was very comprehensive and made me feel confident in their service. They visited mum every Saturday and Sunday at lunchtimes.
