My husband, who is also my carer enjoys the friendly staff when they visit us. Ours is for social contact purposes at the moment but who knows what our needs will be in the future. A reliable service, always on time which means you can plan your day.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluebird. They have cared for my dad for the past few years and their professionalism and kindness shown has been second to none. I contacted Bluebird Cheshire West several years ago when we began to need a little additional help for my in-laws, (who were very resistant to the idea!). From the outset, the team were friendly, helpful and flexible, and they continued to be so for the years that we have used them. All the staff that visit us, whether they are our regular ones or occasional or on-call are very polite and more than willing. They always manage to carry out mothers' wishes every day and have a nice chat with her during their visit; which is most important as she is very limited on going out and about and consequently doesn't see many people, to chat to, apart from the care and me. Bluebird carers are very compassionate and treat Mum with patience, respect and understanding, particularly in these troubled times. I can't thank them enough for the care they've given Mum over the last 3+ years and for the company keeping me informed of any issues. Living so far away from Mum, it's a comfort to know that if ever I need to contact Bluebird there is always someone there and that I will have an immediate response, and any problem dealt with.

Bluebird have been caring for brother for over 2 years and during this time have been essential to him living in his own home. He loves to see the carers coming in, they always have a smile and communicate with him very well. They treat him with the utmost respect when bathing and getting him dressed.
