Bluebird provided carers for my mum from October 2019, when she came out of hospital after a fall, until she died in November 2020. Mum had always disliked the idea of having carers, but her experience with Bluebird changed her mind. The carers were more like friends to mum. They showed her such respect. My brother and I were so grateful to Bluebird for all the care they gave mum in the last year of her life. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone.

I engaged the services of Bluebird for my mum in February 2020, up until she was admitted to hospital in May 2021. Unfortunately mum now requires 24-hour care. The initial interview with Bluebird was very comprehensive and made me feel confident in their service. They visited mum every Saturday and Sunday at lunchtimes. The carers were always friendly, caring and professional. My husband, who is also my carer enjoys the friendly staff when they visit us. Ours is for social contact purposes at the moment but who knows what our needs will be in the future. A reliable service, always on time which means you can plan your day.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluebird. They have cared for my dad for the past few years and their professionalism and kindness shown has been second to none. They truly have cared for my dad and nothing was ever too much trouble. If ever they noticed anything they needed attending they would contact me straight away. I contacted Bluebird Cheshire West several years ago when we began to need a little additional help for my in-laws, (who were very resistant to the idea!). From the outset, the team were friendly, helpful and flexible, and they continued to be so for the years that we have used them. Gradually we needed additional hours and sometimes needed to change our plans at short notice. Our requests were always dealt with professionally and with understanding and patience. All the staff that visit us, whether they are our regular ones or occasional or on-call are very polite and more than willing. They always manage to carry out mothers' wishes every day and have a nice chat with her during their visit; which is most important as she is very limited on going out and about and consequently doesn't see many people, to chat to, apart from the care and me. Bluebird carers are very compassionate and treat Mum with patience, respect and understanding, particularly in these troubled times. I can't thank them enough for the care they've given Mum over the last 3+ years and for the company keeping me informed of any issues. Living so far away from Mum, it's a comfort to know that if ever I need to contact Bluebird there is always someone there and that I will have an immediate response, and any problem dealt with.

Bluebird have been caring for brother for over 2 years and during this time have been essential to him living in his own home. He loves to see the carers coming in, they always have a smile and communicate with him very well. They treat him with the utmost respect when bathing and getting him dressed. Dispensing his medication and ensuring his needs are met at all times. I have to say without their care he would not be living happily at home.
