My dad has been cared for by Bluebird Care for 18 months now. Overall, we as a family are very pleased that we chose this agency (it's a minefield to find a good one). We are particularly pleased that my dad usually has the same carer each day as he has dementia and continuity is all important.

A good, professional, friendly service is provided by the carers. The office staff are helpful and respond promptly in event of issues raised, for instance, changes to medication.
