Have been very satisfied with the care. Couldn't have done without Bluebird Care (Cheshire West, Chester & Flintshire) for the last 6 and a half years.

My elderly mother has dementia. Bluebird Care provides excellent care for her, which means that I can go to work in the knowledge that she is being cared for. Bluebird always tries, when possible, to send the same carer which is great with mums condition, as its continuity. Would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

My mother has been using Bluebird care since December 2017 she in the early stages of Dementia but is coping very well. She has care going in every day and is very very happy with the care she receives from Bluebird, her carers are supportive, highly professional, attentive, super friendly and empathic to her current needs. I receive care from Bluebird every day as I suffer from short-term memory loss and I live alone. My carers come every day and check I have taken my medication and see to anything else I require. I find they are very caring, and treat me with the utmost respect and are very willing to help with anything else I require. I have found they are professional, reliable and arrive on time and sometimes it’s just lovely to have someone to talk to. I would recommend them as an excellent caring company.

We are very appreciative of the support we get from Bluebird Care. Keeping mum safe, secure, comfortable and well fed is very important to us and we couldn't do this without Bluebirds help. The staff have been very responsive to our requests with regards to mum's care.
