The moment my elderly cousin needed care and I had got in touch, the efficiency of setting a plan up was really good. Cannot fault the company as has helped make a difficult situation a lot easier and we fully trust company with our cousin's care, also our cousin really enjoys their visits so it's a win-win. My mother was able to continue to live in her own home with kind and compassionate care on her daily care visit up until a fall resulted in her having to go into nursing care. The family are so very grateful for the extra months she was able to have at home.

Mum has two live-in carers via Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Flintshire who work on a rota basis. We have been using Bluebird Care since January 2023 and the company has now sourced two regular, reliable and kind carers. Each of the two carers brings their own personality to their caring role and I feel that I can trust each of them completely with the safety and well-being of Mum which in turn gives me freedom to continue with my own job and daily activities. Bluebird Care Cheshire has made a difficult time easier. They have given me peace of mind by providing live-in carers for an elderly aunt. They were very efficient and professional, handling all situations with care and concern for their client. If I needed to contact them at any time someone was always available to offer guidance and support. My aunt was able to remain in her own home, with excellent care. Have been using the services of Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire for over 2 years now initially for companionship but have more recently included some personal care and household duties. Have to say we are more than happy with their service and the support they give.

We as a family employed Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Flintshire on a live-in care package lasting for nearly three years. My father required various degrees of care which the Bluebird staff altered to suit as required on short notice during the pandemic, sometimes involving total suspension of service while hospital visits occurred. My elderly mum received care from Bluebird Care over a period of four years which included the challenges and restrictions of the pandemic. The staff provided a reliable and caring service without which my mum would have been unable to continue to live independently in her own home.

I have been with Bluebird for about four weeks now - it took us over two years to get a care package. If this is what we ended up with, it's been worth the wait. They are spot on - all the staff I have met so far are great, friendly and polite; they arrive punctually and get the job done, and nothing is too much trouble. Couldn't wish for a better company!
