My parents and I have been very impressed with the service provided by Bluebird care. I asked Bluebird to meet my parents to explain what support could be provided. A staff member gave me an in depth report of the visit giving an account of how my parents responded and what could be arranged moving forward. Since we assigned Bluebird to a weekly visit they have done excellent work supporting my dad who has dementia and assisting my mother. We would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

Punctual and polite. They always make you feel at ease when with you, may have only been with them for a month or so, so would promote their services to other people who might need help in future for their care.

We have been really pleased with the care provided by Bluebird Care. After several falls it was becoming increasingly difficult for our father to live at home on his own since none of us live in the immediate area. We had a live-in carer provided by Bluebird for two weeks which my father really enjoyed in the end (he was a bit sceptical in the beginning!), he made progress getting back on his feet and felt much safer having someone around 24/7. I am very pleased with the service I receive Monday to Friday, I have the same girl every day and she is always on time. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anybody at all and have already done so.

I cannot commend Bluebird Care agency enough, I know for a fact that Mum would not be in her own home now if it wasn’t for all the love and fabulous care Mum has received. This stems from management to carers. They look after Mum like they would their own mum and as a nurse myself, I know this is hard to come by. Even my mum’s little dog is loved and looked after care by the lovely care staff. I can’t thank Bluebird enough, keep doing what you are doing! You are all amazing.

I can highly recommend Bluebird Care. They have been outstanding looking after our mum. They are kind, thorough, compassionate and they look after our mum so well when we can’t be there for her. I, myself, deal with a lot of care companies in my own role and I have to say that Bluebird Care is the best that I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond. My late father, who passed away in February, had the services of Bluebird Care for several years. We got to know individual carers very well which is a great bonus, particularly to elderly people in terms of reassurance and familiarity. Carers were always kind, considerate, empathetic and reliable. My mother continues to have Bluebird 'sitters' several times a week and she enjoys chatting to them. They show an interest in each client, which is so important. Thank you.

We have been very happy with the care provided for my mother by Bluebird Care and she always looked forward to the carers’ visits. I found the office staff pleasant and quick to our requests and concerns.

We are delighted with the carers who visit us. They are understanding of our needs and are kind and professional in their duties. They form a good relationship with ourselves. They have never missed a visit and have always delivered what they promised. I have no problem recommending them for your needs.
