Punctual arrivals and departures, timely advisories of changes, great levels of communication, a willingness to discuss any issues, however small, and most importantly, a team of carers who are closely vetted, highly trained, and the best in their field. Warm, cheery, friendly, thoroughly professional without being officious, and diverse personalities who have in common a genuine empathy and compassion in their DNA.
The whole Bluebird team from management to the carers have always been very helpful with any of my parents requirements. The people that visit my father are always punctual, on time and professional and my parents now rely on their help and assistance. It is reassuring to know that their standard of care is very good and they are always reliable. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help at home.

Bluebirds have been providing daily care visits for my elderly mum for a few of years now. They have never failed to attend and always notify my mother if visit timings need to change. All of the carers are very professional, sociable and friendly and do their very best to help my mum . As I live in another City, I appreciate knowing that someone is going to visit every day to check on my Mum and let me know if anything in untoward and they do tell me if I need to be concerned over anything. All the staff have been wonderful, they provided mum with essential support and help and were flexible, kind and caring. Mum has had Bluebird carers visiting for two months now. We are very impressed with the professionalism of the company from the directors and managers to the carers themselves. They understand how difficult a time it is for families which is very helpful. We have already increased the number of hours they visit mum. She is getting used to their visits now and it is a big help for us.

I've received help support and encouragement from my Bluebird carers. They have been flexible and adaptable to my needs. I am usually fairly able to take care for myself but often need help with managing laundry and cleaning to keep the house in order. They take me out for shopping and walks to help me feel in touch with the world and keep me moving. They have taken me to medical appointments . They are good company and cheerful and help me be confident about being on my own in my home
