Bluebird Care have been providing care for my mum for over a year now. We are very pleased with the service they have provided. The carers are respectful of mum’s property and home and treat her kindly and with dignity. The office staff are friendly and approachable. Bluebird Care provide professional, friendly and experienced support. They listen to your needs and appropriate services accordingly. Communication is excellent and the carers are superb in every way. Highly recommended.
Bluebird carers were, from the beginning, kind, courteous, respectful and flexible, adapting to suit changes in my mother's abilities. It was a huge help to have them visit and lighten the load on my father who was her main carer. An absolutely first class team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
From the outset contact with Bluebird Care has always been excellent. The initial visit was positive and gave my mother confidence that all would be dome to help her. She always speaks very highly of the staff who visit and she is very happy that because of this care she can remain in her own home whilst I am away on holiday. Because of this, I can go away with a peaceful mind.

My Mum is an 'interesting' character. She has moderate Alzheimer's but refuses to acknowledge she has any memory problems and lives alone. We were only just managing to support her ourselves until she was diagnosed with Diabetes. We managed to get one of the managers in to assess my Mum under the pretence of being a family friend and got a care package in place. Very well organised, excellent staff and carers. We are very pleased with the service provided and of course the support from the office.
High standard of caring. Very helpful friendly staff, able to deal with my mothers changing moods due to her dementia. Mum was very happy in their company. Tried to take her out to varied places she would like and enjoyed her meals out. Very obliging with extra hours/days at short notice. We will miss them.

Mother has been using Bluebird Care for three years. They are good and caring and do as required.
For a son, the care his Mum enjoys is pretty important to him when he can't always be there. Your choice of carer, therefore, needs to be really well thought through and researched. You initially select a carer, you do all the research, but you never really know how well they will perform and whether they will match your high expectations.
