My mother was receiving daily care visits from Bluebird Care for approximately 2 years and then switched to 24 hour live in care earlier this year, after having initially tried a different live-in care provider. I have always found Bluebird Care to be immensely helpful and they have always gone above and beyond to help and support my mother. They are easily contactable, very friendly and very supportive of me as well as my mother. Highly recommended.

We've been using Bluebird Care since October 2018 (recommended to us by a neighbour). We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the care and the friendliness of the staff and carers. Bluebird Care provided care for the gentleman I was caring for over the past three years. Throughout the standard of care provided was first class. As much as the standard of care was the way in which they endeared themselves to the client, who during the period involved was living on his own. I have used Bluebird Care for the last 6 months. They are very professional and caring for my father and doing his meals. I leave instructions. Well worth the money and it gives me peace of mind when I am not home or working.

I have been using Bluebird Care since 2014. The carers are always prompt and not only attend to my needs but also conversation which I enjoy because I live alone. Bluebird Care has also been very helpful when I have needed more time. This happens when I come out of hospital at short notice. The office always informs me if the usual carer has to be changed.
A reassuring service for my mother. Carers are adaptable and efficient. My mother has confidence in them and so do I.
Excellent service. Reliable, compassionate, communicative.....cannot really fault Bluebird. I also use another agency and Bluebird are far superior on every level. I would highly recommend them.
