I turned to Bluebird Care when my father had died and my mother was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago. This is a extremely well run care provider which functions efficiently due to having great leadership. The staff are friendly, dressed professionally and are caring. Any problems that arise in the care are dealt with efficiently and quickly. The service is also adaptable and can be molded around the client. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.
Caring & conscious; professional & punctual; friendly & flexible. The entire Bluebird team take excellent care of my father in law, now literally morning , noon and night ! They have also responded to the needs of us, the family with additional support as circumstances have changed, often at extremely short notice. Bluebird have been excellent in my care, They are all caring and very passionate about their job, they became friends and not just people who come in to do a job, They also assisted my wife with a few medical issues and didn't utter the words "that's not my job" once, even though they were only paid to help me. We can only hope the Carers in the Nursing Home are at the same standard as your Team!
