Bluebird have been excellent in my care, They are all caring and very passionate about their job, they became friends and not just people who come in to do a job, They also assisted my wife with a few medical issues and didn't utter the words "that's not my job" once, even though they were only paid to help me. We can only hope the Carers in the Nursing Home are at the same standard as your Team!
