Bluebird have been amazing in every way. Your team kept us updated daily about my dads wellbeing. My dad's comfort, privacy and well being was top of the list. Every team member I met was, friendly, smiled, kind and excellent at their job. I would highly recommend Bluebird. They went above and beyond for our family and I can't thank them enough. We continue to be delighted with the Bluebird team of carers who come to Margaret. They are punctual and professionally dressed and, despite having a long and hard day continue to be cheerful. They always try to involve Margaret in conversation - often difficult because of her poor hearing and have done so much to get her standing again - and this despite the hospital saying she would never stand again! Bluebird care have been an absolute breath of fresh air after our previous provider. They stay to the full appointment time booked, their carers are friendly and you can genuinely tell they love their job and are given the allocated time to carry out their duties other than be run ragged from pillar to post. Even the carers we cross who don't care for my FIL always go out of their way to say hello as we pass. We have only been working with Bluebird for the last four weeks during which time we've found the help provided by the carers to be excellent. They are punctual, friendly and helpful. The support provided by the office has been excellent too.

The client has been very pleased with the standard of care. The care package was put in place very quickly and has been managed effectively ever since. Regular reviews allow for matters to be dealt with smoothly and effectively. Having a number of individual carers who have shown patience, understanding, encouragement all with good humour has helped in creating a positive environment where my cousin has felt safe and has gained strength physically as well as emotionally. The support from the carers is very thoughtful, they let mum be as independent as they can, yet keep her overall comfort as a top priority. They are very responsive, but not pushy. They are very good at letting us be the priority when we visit.

Bluebird Care have been absolutely outstanding in the care of my Aunt. From day one they were punctual, kind, respectful, nothing was too much trouble for them.
