My mother has now been receiving care from Bluebird Care Newport since July 2025, so nearly 5 months. I am impressed by the professionalism of the managers and care staff and the way in which the business is run. They really do put my mother at the front of what they do and have been flexible between multiple carers going in during the day to a full time carer and then back to multiple carers. All the ladies who provided domestic help were pleasant and helpful. They were prepared to do a variety of tasks such as ironing as well as cleaning, changing sheets etc. If I need such help in the future I will not hesitate to use the service again.

My mother is very happy with her care provided by the Bluebird team . She always looks forward to her weekly visits . My mother feels reassured that her needs are met and has adapted a lovely relationship with the carer that visits regularly and mam is happiest when she has the continuity of 1 or 2 carers. My mum has been disabled for 25 years and during the last few years she was able to access the care provided by the Bluebirds, Newport. During this time the number of visits increased gradually but the care was always excellent. From the initial assessment which was so thorough and reassuring, throughout the time the Bluebirds visited my mum, all carers were kind, caring and professional.
