All the carers and support staff in the office were extremely helpful, approachable, and responsive to my father's needs and those of the immediate family. The patience, good humour and attention to detail supported us through some difficult weeks. We can not thank Bluebird enough or praise their all-round professionalism and support highly enough. My father or his family could not have managed without this and we will be extremely grateful.
No complaints. Excellent service. My father is looked after and looks forward to carers coming every day.
Bluebird has been an all-round excellent care provider. Staff are friendly, caring and treat my parents with respect and dignity, and often go above and beyond their remit. They have an app that I can access to check my parents' wellbeing and visits. The office staff are always professional, helpful and available. There is also an 'out of hours' service. Care staff are always smart in their uniforms and well equipped.
Bluebird has been looking after mum since she was discharged from her last hospital admission in November 2019. From the moment of her initial assessment then and through to now, the professionalism of the team and its leaders has been obvious. More importantly the TLC and 'willingness to go the extra mile' she has received is of a much higher standard than she received prior to her hospital stay. I cannot begin to tell you how Bluebird treated my Dad. Absolutely from the introduction to the evening that he died. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and they have been extremely pleased also.
All the girls are excellent and very friendly. I would like the same ones regularly - particularly one on a Thursday as she helps me shower. She knows where everything goes.
All the help I have received during the last 12 months has been extremely good. The only personal care I need is the creaming of my legs and feet with the prescribed cream. Otherwise, the girls clean the house for me, washing, kitchen, toilet and bathroom floors. All of which is well done. The vacuuming is done well but most of them have to be reminded to empty the dirt container after use.
Everyone was amazing with my mum and made her feel comfortable and laugh. I totally felt that she was being cared for when I wasn't in. Most of the staff went beyond what support that they gave and that was including to myself. I can't thank everyone involved enough.
I am very pleased with the care provided by Bluebird. The carers are always pleasant and cheery and helpful, and very professional.
