My dad has been treated very well by Bluebird. The carers are lovely and work hard.
Since using this service I fine my life has improved. I have a good rapport with all the carers and find they help me and make me feel happy when they come. Thye all have a good attitude and know when I'm not feeling happy but they soon cure that and make me laugh and feel comfortable.
As a family, we are so happy with all of the staff who have supported us. It is the first time member of our family has been cared for at home. My mum is very happy with the staff and looks forward to their visits as though they are family. Thank you
All the carers my mother has had have been polite, friendly and thorough in their care of her.
The care is extremely good. The staff are very friendly and very interested in you as a person. They always have time for you and nothing is too much trouble.
We have not used the service for long and have 2 one hour visits a week at the moment. I am happy with the standard of care and its reliability. Mum is happy with her visits and I like how it is usually the same person. I feel secure knowing that in the future we will need to increase the care.
The carers are kind and helpful. Occasionally, time of arrival can be erratic.
5-star service! All staff that have cared for my wife are professional and caring. Not only do they care for my wife, but they always make sure that I am ok as well. I couldn't ask for a better care company.
The respect and care that is offered by the carers is second to none. They will also take the time to make sure my father is well and coping ok. After a lengthy stay in hospital last year Mum doesn't like being touched and will call out as if she is in pain. When she does this the carers tending to her will talk to her to calm her down with such patience and compassion.
