The carers who visit my parents are kind, caring, professional and they provide reassurance for the family that mum and dad are being well looked after. Excellent service. It is a shame that I can't name anyone as two carers, in particular, are exceptional and this deserves acknowledgement. Well done and many thanks.
We last our nervous feeling as soon as we met the carers at the door. Each helper brings something that makes me enjoy the contact each day. I like to chatter so laughter often occurs. My husband has learned to relax and banter with them too. Thank you.

Bluebird has been caring for mum for over 2+years. It was a joy to see mums face when they came as she was reluctant at first to have them to the house! Mum found them professional, respectful, loving, thoughtful and above all kind and considerate. Mum is not 101 years old, she looks forward to her visits and regards them as her friends.

The Bluebird team have been wonderful in providing the care and support Mum and Dad need. They see the same carers week in week out and have been able to build a trusting relationship with them. Mum and Dad want to live out their lives in the place they have called home for the past two decades and are confident they should be able to with support of Bluebird team.

I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in January 2020. I live alone and engaged Bluebird to help me. The nurses who came were all very helpful as the steroids I was given impacted my health as I was unable to cope by myself. I had a setback in the spring of 2021 and applied to Bluebird again. They have come to me twice a week for a bath. I also have arthritis.
