As a first time BMW owner, we couldn’t have been more pleased with Umit and the rest of the staff at Herb Chambers of Sudbury. I just purchased my second car from Peter a couple weeks ago (December 2018).. I always have a stress free experience with Peter. His customer service and attention to details is impeccable I would definitely recommend working with him if you are interested in a BMW and I look forward to using Peter again when the next X3 model is out in 2023 .

I just bought my first BMW from the BMW of Sudbury. overall it was a very good experience. Henry Ding is an excellent sales person to work with, he is very knowledgeable and explained every detail considering I was new to BMW. the whole buying process went very smoothly and Henry Ding was providing update promptly. I must mention that other employees I worked with are also very nice and professional. I hope I'll get quality service in this dealer in the future.

I had the best car buying experience at BMW of Sudbury. I worked with Manny D'Ambrosio and he was able to answer every single question. He worked hard to make sure I understood all the options, features and worked with what I wanted and didn't want. He went above and beyond to make sure I received my car when promised and everything went smoothly. He also made himself available after my purchase to answer questions. This was my first car buying experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. From the first voice message that I received from Jimmy (the sales associate), the customer service experience was excellent. Everyone at the dealership was professional and I am extremely happy that I traveled 35 miles (even though there is another dealership only 10 minutes from house) to receive such exceptional service.
