Great service as usual and super responsive. Car was dangerous for my wife drive as it shut off on the highway. They drove to my home the same day with a loaner for us and took my car directly in for service. Appreciate the amazing service!

Hi. Going into 3+ year of ownership for my 328i. I have been using HC for all service since purchase and have nothing but positive things to say. Ken has been my primary point of contact. He has been responsive to my questions / asks for additional details and has been flexible in his communications be it text, email or phone. As for the work product, what one would hope and expect from a BMW. Hats off to the entire team.
