Can’t praise Mariam enough for her help in rectifying our BMW assist isssues and further clarifying our questions! It took several months of calling the emergency assisstance, sales guy , genius help until we decided to drive into the delearship and make sure someone solves our issue. Thanks to Mariam, she was quick smart and got the service guys on it immediately! Within 30 mins all our year long issues were solved. Thanks Mariam.
