It was my first day looking for a car, I picked it up the next day! It happened to be the perfect car Ryan found me at a price that was comfortable for me. I've never never had an experience at a dealership like this, nor have I ever shopped for a BMW. Beautiful atmosphere, an awesome selection and some great great people. Ryan made the sale so simple and Brad made the contract part a breeze. As Arnold said, I'll be back!!

All around wonderful experience. Came in to test drive a 4 series. Adam was awesome to work with - super knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Others at the dealership were great as well and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Wilson Dowridge is an amazing salesman. He was helpful in many ways such as getting straight to the point in buying a car. No pressure was given though but only a lot of helpful information. He doubles check with you on your satisfaction with a follow-up. This is my first BMW with Herb Chambers at the Sudbury location !!!!! Could not have asked for a better sales person Ryan Conrad !!!! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new or used car . He takes his time and makes sure you are happy with the purchase you have made and even follows up on the little things . I visited Herb Chambers BMW Sudbury with the intention of doing some homework. Jimmy worked with me fairly, politlely and efficiently. I ended up purchasing a car because the price was fair, the negotiations were straight up and I walked out with a car.
