Let me start by saying we visited a number of dealerships before we came to Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. We had our 15 month old with us creating a challenging environment not only for us the buyer but also the dealership. Peter helped us find a great car that fits our budget. He is very professional, patient, and fully respectful to our needs. Car buying can be stressful and quite frankly, a game not always fun to play. However Nicole Pinzone changed my entire car buying experience. She was so accommodating and down to earth, relating her own experiences, coupled with her knowledge of the car buying experience, it was incredibly delightful and quite fun working with her.
