I bought my X5 in Herb Chambers Boston and have been servicing it at their Sudbury center pretty much since it opened. You will not receive better service anywhere. My service manager,Chris Hatch, is a super-star: high integrity, unbelievable fast in processing requests and always anticipating any additional potential issues. The support team around him is equally dedicated, making sure things are done right and quickly. We are happy that the dealership rectified the initial problems we found with the purchase after getting home with the car . After giving them the chance to fix things we were much happier, and appreciated all their efforts to make things right. I would visit the dealership again.

Love our sales guy Jason Hawksley. Nice, non pressure. Put up with me giving him an interesting test drive in a 228i and a Z4. We just bought our second car from him. Now we have matching white bimmers. Great car, great dealership.

It all started with an email inquiry that was answered by Molly Carnathan, who was very quick and professional with her response(s). I had shopped around with other competitors and saved the BMW for last, and It was the one!!! Went to BMW Sudbury, Ma at the urging of my son-in-law who recently leased a BMW 4 series. Visited with Pranav Gill the General manager. He then had me work with Client Advisor Marjorie Nicolas. It was a very positive experience and I ordered a 2016 BMW 4 Convertible. Marjorie was extremely knowledgable about the workings of the automobile. Cannot wait for car to arrive (2 - 3 months). This was a very positive experience. Thank you to both Marjorie & Pranav.

Billy Hronas is without a doubt the best person I have ever dealt with in buying a car. I have purchased five cars and have come to dread the experience a bit. But Billy was extremely professional and knowledgeable, without being pushy. He is extremely focused on customer service, going so far as to drive my new car to my house with a colleague to make things convenient for me. He truly went above and beyond and I picture myself buying the rest of my cars from him! He is absolutely an A+ person to deal with in all regards!
