Though we have a BMW dealership in our back yard we chose to do business with BMW of Sudbury due to the superior service but also because of the fair pricing. No BS or games at this dealership unlike the one in Norwood. They price their inventory fairly and don't low ball you on your trade. Our sales specialist was Peter Vargo who was always prompt in getting back to us and for keeping his word. Chelsea was also super easy to work with during our research stage. Wilson was great!!!! Amazing service, very friendly and efficient! Love my new BMW convertible that the guys here made happen for me late night on Saturday without an appointment. Billy was very nice to introduce himself and offer his help with questions. Awesome experience!

The entire experience when purchasing a car can often be a less than fun. I had never dealt with BMW of Sudbury in the past, but after being greeted, my wife and I were introduced to John DiBitetto. I bought this car through Wilson Downridge in sales. He was a great guy. There were a few minor challenges with the car but Wilson and the team took good care of me and the car. He was a pleasure to deal with as was Al Jonuz, Mark Bertoli and Fahad. Glad I hung there. The car is awesome and I was impressed how they came together to get everything done professionally.
