I was shopping around and happened to land myself at the Sudbury location of BMW. Ali at BMW was able to spend ample time to elaborate about the 3 series and that bought me into this. Pricing was the only reason to hold-off and after a month of follow-ups by him they were able to meet my price-point. Appreciate BMW meeting the customers expectations in all aspects of customer satisfaction.
