Buying car from Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury was an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. Adam Orlando was very helpful in helping me selecting the right car. We had to go through a few different cars and configurations, but he was very friendly and cool throughout the whole process. I walked in and was greeted by Mohammad who is a client advisor. He immediately helped find a vehicle that fit our needs. He was very patient and helped us answer all of our questions. I just took delivery of my new x5 50i lease this evening and couldn't be more pleased with how the process went. Adam was extremely patient with me over the course of two months of talking about the lease and various options in the market, and went out of his way to find the perfect car for me.
