I got myself a pre owned G25x from this dealership, I can not complain. Had a gentleman Named Wilson Dowridge taking care of all my needs, he made sure I was happy with my purchase and that I got it ASAP, he stayed up late just to drive me to my Toyota dealership in Framingham where I had to drop off a lease car late in the night. Another car at herb chambers with MICHELLE HSIE my amazing sales advisor. Still a 5 star experience! Bought my parents a 320i and traded in their Acura RDX! Worked with Mike and Brad the managers! I would recommend Wilson my sales rep. to anyone. hes is a great guy and really cares for the customer and always kept me up to date. I would buy a car from him again and again. He also has great knowledge of all the features and models which was a great help!

Why BMW? Cuz I love cars, good cars indeed. As a master student who worked for a year and had "limited cash", Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury did a fantastic job by finding the right vehicle for me. HC BMW is definitely not one of these dealers who look down on you because you couldn't purchase a 70k new vehicle. I recently purchased a 2016 BMW 4 series convertible and the experience was outstanding. Marjorie Nicholas was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She walked me thru the various options of the vehicle and compared them to other BMW models. She also took the time to lay out various financing and leasing options. I bought my first BMW in 2011 and fell in love with the brand. This Summer I made the decision to upgrade since my 3-series was out of warrantee. I began shopping a few locations and looking at other options from Maserati and Mercedes-Benz. I was very interested in the new CLA-45 AMGs that Mercedes had to offer this year and spoke to a sales consultant in Natick.
