If your buying a BMW this is a great dealer. Ask for Marjorie as she took care of me from the minute I walked through the door to the follow up call a week after I picked up the car. Marjorie made the ordering and buying process smooth and painless and took care of all the loose ends. I was expecting a boring, stiff, car salesman but was pleasantly surprised dealing with Marjorie as she is a ray of sunshine!

So easy! 2nd car from here, 1st a 328 and finally an X3 (my husband wouldn't let me get one last time). Jimmy was great, he greeted me as soon as I walked in, gave me room to breath and I really felt like he actually cared about finding me the right car. This was my first time in the dealership it was a pleasure dealing with Ali my sale advisor and sales manager Jason. Smooth transaction and paper work. I had a borrowed car from a friend thought I would be nice and get his oil changed as he mentioned earlier in that day it was due. I drove into BMW of SUDBURY Jim Crosby was my advisor took great care of me and was the first to approach me when entering service drive. I had been in contact with the sales department regarding the purchase of an inbound, undesignated 2017 BMW M2 using my 2014 BMW 435xi M Sport in trade. John was very helpful but could not overcome the issue of the $10,000 "market adjustment" on this car. Ultimately, the General Manager contacted me and was able to change the market adjustment and the terms for the car to a very manageable number. Another year, Another car, Another awesome experience by Chang "Michelle" Hsie.
