My car buying experience at Sudbury BMW was very good. I can’t believe I am saying that about a car dealership. I have had a decent car buying experience so far. But hands down Sudbury BMW was awesome. No going back and forth with the manager on the price. Billy Hronas quoted me a price on phone before I went to the dealership and true to his word he sold the car at that price. i dont usually write reviews but in this case i feel its much needed. all my experiences at sudbury bmw have been exceptional. my advisor is always giving me 100%. he is constantly giving me updates on my car when its being serviced. his customer service outstanding,he is also so easy to deal with and always happy and pleasant to me. two thumbs up!

I've been going to BMW of Sudbury since moving to Boston two years ago. Having dealt with dealers in other parts of the country, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and professionalism in Sudbury. Will Pauls in particular has gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that my service issues were resolved thoroughly, even if that means engaging folks at HQ to help troubleshoot an issue.
