I recently looked at a variety of options for a new lease. Ric, Sales Manager, and Brian DiPaolo Sales Rep, were incredibly informative, which was important as I am a new BMW customer and had a lot of questions. From the beginning Tom, the sales representative, was knowledgeable and helpful to find the car I was looking for. He provided options and was patient as I evaluated them. Very transparent price negotiation made the experience even better.
I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus from the BMW store. It a very easy and a short process. I called John Beam that I was on my way in and he had the car ready for a test drive. We exchanged offers and the deal was done. The staff was very courteous and conscientious. Jemar was very detail oriented in explaining the finance process.
Being a first time buyer of a BMW I had a myriad of questions. Nick was patient and through when responding. His knowledge of the M3 model was impressive. There is comfort and confidence when all questions were answered. He moved the process along based on buyer needs not on expediency. Thanks
Shopping for a car at the BMW Store was quite an eye opening experience. I haven't been in a dealer where we have been treated as nicely as they were with us. Tim was an awesome salesman who listened to our desires for what we needed and also wanted in a car. When Tim found the car they met our needs and what we hoped for, they worked even harder to earn our business. We had a good time purchasing a new car from these fine people.

The BMW Store is a well run organization with quality personnel. They have an excellent facility and do not use high pressure sales tactics. My first visit was in October just to get a feel for the different models BMW offered. A second visit in November to drive a 430 to see how I liked it. A third visit in December where I told them I was not going to spend time negotiating I just wanted their best offer and that's exactly what they provided.
