We just completed our third purchase at the BMW Store and worked with John on all three since we had such a good experience with the first purchase several years ago. The BMW Store has a very professional approach to car sales and pricing that just takes the worry out of the purchase decision. John did the research to get answers to my questions and clear up any concerns I had about this recent purchase of an older Porsche.
Our experience in purchasing our CTS4 was wonderful due to the knowledge, professional, courteous and friendliness of Nick Norman. By far this has been the best auto purchasing experience we have had in 40 years. I would highly recommend the BMW store and Nick Norman for anyone searching for a new car.

We were pursuing a powerful but gentle premium luxury car and had extensively reviewed all and tested many. We waited to test BMW until last because of it's reputation as being performance oriented. We tested the 750I and were astounded with it's smooth, quiet ride, large comfortable interior and exquisite fit and finish. It leaves the Mercedes S550 in the dust. The experience for buy my new BMW was awesome, everything was so smooth. The dealer take care of everything without expend too much time in the dealer. Brian was in constant communication with me about the finance and also the status of when my vehicle is going to arrived. The personnel was very friendly with me and my family. I just returned to Cincinnati after spending 25 years in Virginia. Cincinnati MINI provides its own pleasant version of "Northern" hospitality. Jay and Travis at MINI provided a relaxing and informative car buying experience. I did not feel pressured to make a hasty decision and I'm thrilled with the 2015 pre-owned/certified MINI that I purchased.
This is our second Mini purchased this year from the BMW store. I purchased my Mini from Travis Holley. He was wonderful to work with. He drove me around in several Minis so I could feel how each rode. After I decided on which car I wanted he made the buying experience very easy.
