I have dealt with many dealerships, The BMW Store tops them all. Easy to deal with & fantastic service, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Mat Swartz was non pressuring & informative. After the deal was made, he went the extra mile to make sure my car looked perfect when I drove it off the lot & went over every button & Knob on the car with me. In summary, they are BMW's Finest dealership! I drive over 4 hours from home to get to Cincinnati.

I had been looking for a MINI for a while and found one here. The only problem was it was over four hours away. Mat and Jemar made the process so smooth and easy. Mat had quick and friendly response to every question I had, and Jemar made the process of signing the paperwork smooth and relaxing. I would definitely consider driving all the way to buy from here again!

Not being new to BMW, I've had some time during the past 15 years to experience different BMW dealers and facilities from states like Chicago, Vermont, Charlotte and now Cincinnati. Usually, the facility and people are what you would expect for BMW (e.g. clean, comfortable facility, exceptional sales and service, cappuccino machine, etc.). I knew in the spring that I was going to buy another BMW but wasn't in a hurry to get it done. I told Tim I would be back and I would contact him when I knew what I wanted. He didn't pressure me & when I came back, he helped me get the car with all the features that I wanted. I just picked it up last week & I love it!

I purchased my first BMW with Paul Cassady's help and the whole process exceeded my expectations. He was very easy to engage, casual and very helpful. He provided just the right amount of correspondence during the transaction process. I purchased a used vehicle that had some minor issues. He had those addressed and detailed nicely before delivery.

Working with Dean at the BMW store was a professional and satisfying experience. Dean is quite knowledgeable about the BMW line, and was quite helpful in getting me on the list for an M2, and being there for the delivery and aftermarket options I wanted. The sales manager, Ric Koresky, was also helpful and supportive. Overall a very positive experience, and a great car to boot. In fact, while finalizing the purchase of the M2 we ordered my wife's next vehicle as well.

One week after my car was totaled in an accident, I went to the BMW Store, "just to look". John Beam listened carefully to what I was interested in seeing, answered all my questions honestly and intelligently, and then showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for! After deciding to purchase my X3 I met Jemar Dubose, who was excellent in preparing the paperwork quickly and with little or no attempt to sell me "extras". These two are truly professionals, and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend the BMW Store to all!
