I recently worked with John Beam at the BMW Store and purchased a Pre Owned X3. I was very happy with the service from John and would highly recommend contacting him if you are shopping for a pre owned BMW.
We were there to look at a 2009 BMW 335i hard-top convertible that we had seen on the internet. We worked with Nick and he made the whole process easy from start to finish. We're happy with our purchase and would buy from him again.

Tim is very helpful and patient, he made the car purchase like buying a toy. I visited the store in early August, without having any options in mind. Tim showed me the X1 2016 model and also explained me on the add-on options. No hard sales. A great car is a great car no matter where you buy it. I just purchased a MB CLK350 convertible for my wife from Paul Cassady at the BMW Store. It was immaculate, had been serviced by Mercedes since it was new, and we got a fair deal from Paul. The whole process was painless and Paul was sensitive to me buying it as a present. She looks great......and the car is not too bad either.
I had a great experience with the team at the BMW store, I highly recommend! Oh, and I happen to love my new car too. Brian & Ric found me the exact car I really wanted even though it wasn't available onsite at the time of my first visit.
Even though we suddenly found we had to replace a vehicle the Sales Experience at BMW made it pleasant and fun. Nick found several cars in our price range and was patient while we evaluated then all. Nick allowed us to gradually come to our own decision and tailored the deal to suit. We drove away pleased and are still pleased!
