I talked to Paul & Katelyn by email with my initial questions and they couldn't have been more helpful. Brian DiPaolo went above and beyond in taking me on a test drive, explaining everything in detail and in helping me decide on my new 328xi. I told Brian that he made my day!! This was my first time leasing a BMW and each member of the sales team was informative, accommodating and great to work with. I can tell that customer service is a big priority for them. Tim gave me a great deal on my trade in and I love my new car.

Mat and the used car staff at the BMW store were nothing short of amazing. Mat worked with me and helped me secure the deal I wanted meeting the needs I had set out from the start in order to get the deal done. He even came in on his day off fighting rush hour traffic just to thank me when I came in to sign final paperwork. I've only bought three cars in my adult life and all three were from The BMW Store. The first was just after college in 1996, the second in 2002 and now the third in 2016. For over 20 years the service and experience at The BWM Store has been consistently grand. The dealership and their cards are phenomenal.
Nick was great to work with! He made the car buying process enjoyable. I came in with the intent of purchasing a used X3, however due to low inventory there were none available. He took the time to show me a number of models and explained all the different features to help me make the right decision for me. I did not feel pressure during the decision making process and loved the experience. I love my new car and am very impressed with the BMW Store experience.
