It was a great experience working with Kris and Glenn and they are very helpful and friendly. I got what I want and even offered me everything what I need. Yes I did purchase my new BMW because of the detailed information I got from Kris. The road test was a great experience too as Kris explained to me all the features and details of the car. Just got my '07 X3 last week. Very satisfied with the whole process, including trading in my old vehicle. I'm surprised at the poor reviews on this site, they were very good to me.
Purchased my car from here because many others had recommended it. Service dept is fairly friendly, and if you ask, you can go into shop and talk to the tech working on your car. They supposedly sponsor several BMW CCA (NJ Chapter) events here, including tech sessions. Customer service is quite good, they all try to please customers. I believe they can do better, though. Hard to get a bimmer loaner, only 30 BMW cars avail for loaners. Sometimes you'll end up going through Enterprise Rentals that has an office onsite.

And I thought it was because of the car (I mean it still is mostly) but the even the after sales service is amazing. If it hadn't been for Stella I don't think I would have closed the deal or drive 30 mins to Tenafly for anything while another dealership is just 10 mins away! If you are on the fence and dont know if you really need a BMW... Go see Stella!
"The absolutely best car buying experience we’ve ever had!" We had the worst experience of our lives three days before. BMW of Tenafly and Euna Wilson, Chris Pak, Vincent Joesph and Mraz were all amazing. They didn’t have to do anything but because of how badly we were treated at another BMW they treated us like we were the most important customers they ever had. They are over 2 hours from our house but they will have 100% of our business and the business of our friends !!!!

"Bought a CPO 3 Series" I found a car through Auto trader, called the dealership to confirm they still had it and went in the same day. Whole process took less than 3 hours.
Ricki went over and above on my M truck. Second car I purchased from her and I am sure I will buy more in the future. from her and this dealership.
I've been a long time customer of this dealership for many years. Sent them a ton of business with not so much of a thank you card. Veronica Chinas who I see others on Dealer Rater had interaction with will make up anything that comes off the top of her head aka She LIES. Management is aware but could care less. The GM "unexpectedly quit" when I responded to an email he sent me that went unanswered.
