This duo team at BMW of Tenafly is out of this world. They are very helpful and willing to go out of their way when there is a service issue with my vehicle. Very friendly and professional. As always the service is fantastic. I was provided with a new loaner car. The service was completed in less than 24 hours. The staff was extremely sensitive to the fact that my wife and I are expecting are first child. I highly recommend BMW of Tenafly!

Exceptional service from a very professional dealership. This is the second car that I buy from BMW of Tenafly and highly recommend them to anyone BMW shopping in Bergen county. The staff is extremely courteous, the dealership is peaceful and calm (unlike some dealerships that I visted that were extreme chaos) and the service that I received from Angelo was top notch. This is my third car purchase by far, when I no longer make the decision based on the price exclusively. Great Customer Service!!! Will recommend to family & friends. Service managers is great will contact you and update you on a daily basis regarding the status of the vehicle. Great customer lounge area. I will only take my X5 here at Tenafly BMW!!!

Robert Ryan is efficient and goes out of his way to get the job done. He is also a very pleasant person to deal with. I have noticed a big change in the overall dealership over the past couple of years. It used to be less organized, and at times, chaotic. Now the service is more efficient.

These types of websites are usually forums for blowing off steam about negative experiences (I've had my share at this dealership) -- the great employees are never rewarded; and it seems like nothing is ever done to rectify the negative situations/bad employees. I was very happy with the service and deal that I made with BMW of Tendafly today. I had a pre-owned 2004 325xi that was due back in l year. The car was getting old with more service needs that were not covered. Angleo worked hard to make me a deal within my price range for a new car lease that I was looking for. I had gone to the dealership two times previously to try to make a deal, but no one tried as hard as Angelo to make it work.
