M4 Break-In Service - Steven's Creek BMW First time into SC BMW for service. Had the 1200 mile Service for the M Line. Overall, I was very pleased. They move a lot of cars thru there on a daily basis. I had a little wait to see a service advisor and upon picking my car up. That said, they got my service done in an expeditious manner and the car was ready earlier than promised. My service advisor (Derek) was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. He made my experience a great one.

BMW Service I took my car in for the scheduled service. They did a great job! I also asked them to look into a grinding noise coming from the front wheel. They said there was no grinding noise. I am driving the car with the same grinding noise that they cannot hear but me and my passengers can.

Repair Experience Excellent service for my 2014 3 series. Loaner provided as scheduled but dealer found and gave us an X1 to drive so that my wife could experience her preferred next vehicle. Repair done within one day but dealer allowed use of loaner until the next day.
