Exceptional Sales Experience! I had been shopping for a BMW 5 series for some time, and had not been getting good customer service until coming to Steven Creek. We worked with Kamran and he went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, and was extremely patient! After finally finding the right car, the purchasing process was easy and finance got me in and out in no time. I highly recommend heading over to Stevens Creek BMW!

Great place to take care of a recall Went there to take care of the airbag recall. Worked with Neil, and it was an almost perfect experience. Car was repaired, washed and done on time and it didn't take that much to drop off or pick up the car. The waiting area was great, Starbucks coffee and donuts. The thing is their shuttle runs at the hour, so I had to wait a while for the shuttle, but you can walk around and check out the new i8 or m series while you are there, so it wasn't that bad.

Just what I needed when I needed it! I was able to be fit into the schedule for quick repairs (top of antifreeze and new windshield wiper blades) within 24 hours of calling in for an appointment. I lease my car.
