Advisor Ashley Bunce-BMW X5 Service Ashley Bunce is a diamond in the rough. I can't tell you how awful BMW's service has been in the past. I would cringe walking in. One advisor had his girlfriend write us back because we posted a review. Another advisor, the day after servicing our car (the car would start at my work), told me I had to rent a car and figure out with two small children (2 years and 7 years). A great experience. We had a great experience at Stevens Creek BMW from the moment we stepped on the lot and were greeted in a timely manner by sales manager Uno. We knew what we wanted as far as price range and model of car and he sat us down and immediately started running numbers. We were at a different BMW dealership the week before and there was a big difference on how they came to the table with their final price. Stevens Creek BMW My experience with Stevens Creek BMW was filled with enthusiasm from the sales team to find the car that I will be happy with. I worked with Fred Khosraviani and best to say that I went back the second time to the dealership simply because I liked Fred's style and approach. Fred made me feel at home through out the process and his manager Alex passionately searched to find us the car we wanted. Recall I took my X5 in for a recall to the front drive shaft. Making the appointment was quick and easy. I had excellent customer service from the time I dropped my car off, through getting the rental car and the return. They completed the inspection of my vehicle at no cost even though they were only doing the recall work. I asked to have front tire replacement and they had the inventory and were able to complete all at the same time.
