I visited Kuni BMW in hopes of purchasing my dream BMW and I left an extremely satisfied customer! I got the car I wanted for an amazing deal! It was an amazing experience I'm so happy! Would recommend anyone to go there and visit Bill!
Every aspect of our experience at Kuni was fantastic. Jakob was so low pressure, knowledgeable, and honest. He was pivotal in our decision to purchase at Kuni. The experience was given frosting by the warm welcome every time we came in, and the ever-present courteous demeanor from each person we came into contact with. We have recommended Kuni to our friends, and will he be back the next time we need a new car.
I recently visited BMW and Jacob Lund was so helpful. I had a budget and certain requirements in a used BMW and got exactly what I wanted and the process went so smooth. I will definitely be back to see Jacob for my next purchase!
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and just purchased a used 2001 Z3 Coupe from Kuni. The car was in fantastic shape. Jarod did a great job of representing the car on the web and Wally was awesome to work with during the vehicle inspection, test drive, and purchase. I bought the car and drove it home. Jeneva was fantastic. I was inquiring about the Pull Ahead program as I was coming up on the final portion of my lease but my model year had not yet been announced. Jeneva stayed on top of the announcements anyway to keep an eye out for me. By the time the 2011 was announced I had moved out of state. I visited Kuni to explore buying a used car. I was encouraged to ask questions and drive as many cars as I wanted. After a day or so I returned having chosen 2 possibilities to further my decision. My salesman was busy, so Adam Murray stepped up to help me proceed. Adam was cordial and discussed the plus and minuses of the cars without putting any pressure on me to buy and said take my time. Greg Was very good and there was no pressure to buy. He found just what we wanted and got it in our price range. The paper work was easy and done fast. Greg went out of his way to bring it to my shop for me to look over and after we bought it he went over all the buttons and functions with my wife. He programed the bluetooth for her as well.

To whom it may concern: We searched the internet and located the vehicle we were looking for at Kuni BMW. The car is for our daughter who now lives in Oregon.
