I had several concerns purchasing the vehicle from out of state (Arizona). The Kuni Internet sales team (Guy and Brady) was professional and responsive to all of my inquiries. They were very accommodating by offering to pick me up from my hotel or airport. They made the transaction transparent and seamless. Jennifer Pasquini is one of the main reasons I bought my BMW X5 from Kuni BMW. Why? Because she is friendly, helps you to have the car buying process as smooth as possible and gives you concise/correct/valuable info when you need to. She is also does exceptionally quality work. MIke was exceptional, he was honest with no messing around. He was helpful in finding good financing and made the process of buying the car painless. He also allowed me to test drive the car for 24 hours and provided me with answers to all my questions. I also felt he was honest in valuing the trade in of my previous vehicle.

I feel overall I had a great experience buying our car. The salesman Marcus was very friendly, informational, and easy to work with. The process was as stress free as buying a car can be. :) I didn't feel pressured or like I was being haggled which I think is extremely important when making a long term purchase. The Salesman even went out and washed my car and cleaned it up before I took it home because the detailers had already left for the evening. Very much appreciated!!

This was my first car purchase from Kuni BMW. My wife and I were very happy with the way we were treated by the staff at the dealership. I was extremely pleased with Mike Baggs. This was my first purchase of a BMW product, and Mike was great to deal with. He was thorough and patient when explaining all the features of the car. We love the car and really loved the way we were treated by everyone we met at the dealership. I wil be singing the praises of Kuni BMW to all of our friends and relatives.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Kuni BMW and thought the experience was excellent, from the time I walked in the door until I left with my new vehicle.
