It all started with the greeting and then I met Greg and he is very personable and helpful and purchased my wife's car from him after bringing my wife back a couple of days later. I have bought 3 new BMW in the past the latest one a new 550i from Kuni. This dealership has pleased me in every aspect of owning the car. I bought a new 2 million dollar turbine airplane and I get much better satisfaction from Kuni than the airplane dealer. Well done Kuni. We had experiences with another BMW dealership and Kuni was far superior. Their straightforward approach and customer service was top notch. I could tell right away this would not be your "typical" car buying experience from my first interaction with Davie and then in finance with Mylee. The follow through and overall customer centered approach were a refreshing change. My dad and brother are both Kuni customers as well. I would highly recommend Kuni to anyone.
Greg is a knowledgeable and professional sales person. With his help, I was able to make an intelligent decision about the car I wanted. I also got a fair price on the new car, and a reasonable price for my trade-in.
Mike Baggs was very helpful, answered questions promptly, and above all honest. I worked with Mike primarily through email. Price was negotiated via email, lease terms primarily negotiated through email. I feel this arrangement eliminates the biggest frustration with buying a new car, the drawn out negotiation at the dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Randy was very friendly and knowledgable and helped me understand every step of the way. Mylee was very kind to bring me some paper work to complete rather than having me come to the dealership which helped a lot because I live quite a ways from them. The entire process was fast and efficient. I'm glad to be a part of the "Kuni Family!" I love my 335 and so does my friends and family!
