Kuni is consistent in their outstanding service. They go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I have yet to NOT see a smiling and friendly face, whether it is Patti at reception, or Nick taking care of my car's service. Management, I commend you for choosing the right people; it is evident your employees are happy. I always feel welcome, even if I am just stopping by for a wash. Keep up the great work-you've got a customer for life.
Nathan provided a truly exceptional and seamless sales and delivery process. He even worked with the service department and management to provide significant service work at no cost to us after we had taken delivery of the vehicle. I put in many hours of research, online, searching for the 2009 BMW 328xi that my wife and I were looking for and we are very happy to have found it at Kuni BMW in Beaverton, OR. Kuni is truly incredible. Every single person I've run into/worked with there has been excellent. They are honest, friendly and welcoming. The showroom and service department is state of the art and stays spotless. I have never seen such a nice car dealership. I have always had a great experience at Kuni. Top notch service, they take are of you and aren't pushy and work within your means.I have purchasd from them three times. It's a comfortable place to be. I purchased my car last night and was exchanging emails with Chan until 10:00 p.m. last night just answering additional questions I had about the vehicle. This is what customer service is all about.
Very happy with my new auto purchase. We'll see if the GREAT rating continues into ownership; however, very nice folks so far. The sales rep & service guy took their time and other items installed turned out very sharp. All-in-all each one made this a good experince and I would defintiely recommend this dealership.
