I've owned two BMWs and have had both serviced at Kuni. They have always been extremely courteous and accommodating, as well as accurate with their predictions of how long a repair would take. They have made loaner cars available when needed, and their lounge area is an easy place to relax or get work done when I've decided to wait.

We purchased a 2012 BMW135i from Kuni. Our sales person was Davie Sprigg. Davie worked with us for approximately 4 months helping us determine which car and options best suited our needs. Davie was always readily available to us by text, email and phone. He always answered our inquiries with a friendly and genuine attitude. We searched for a 2011 BMW 535I GT. We found the perfect car with the right colors and pkgs that we were looking for at Kuni BMW in Portland OR. At first, we were very skeptical and did not think that it would be doable to purchase a luxury car from an out of state BMW dealer, especially after we have had a bad experience with Advantage BMW (Mid Town) in Houston, TX. I had the best car buying experience I've ever had in my entire life. Randy Benson went above and beyond in helping me find the best car for myself. He made it the simplest transaction and made sure that I was clearly informed all the way to explaining the features on my car and how to use them. The customer service was truly incredible!! Love the car! The dealership and the Randy made the buying experience really really simple and enjoyable. You don't have to worry about anything, they just about do everything for you; which was really cool! I thought the price was a little much, but at the end of buying experience I felt I had my money's worth... Hope the service in the future is as good as promised!

Comfortable interactions with the salesman (Randy Benson). He was very accomodating with the test drives and he exhibited none of the negative "high pressure" tactics. When we sat down to make the deal, we had comfortable surroundings and the deal was done quickly and satisfactorily. Will recommend this dealership.

This is the second car that I have bought from Kuni BMW and both times it was a great experience. Davie Sprigg was able to get me the exact car I wanted within my budget. Also jumped through a couple of hoops in order to cater to my specific situation. I will definitely be back when it comes time for my next car.
