I loved my experience at Kuni BMW, Randy was really great he got us a great deal, no games no hassle and we were in and out of there pretty quick. Even if you did have to hang out for a little while the facility is beautiful!! I will be back to see Randy for my next car!!
I had an unexplained problem with broken brackets supporting the entire passenger side headlight assembly. As I was the first registered owner ( vehicle had been run by a BMW NA engineer) I asked for the unit to be replaced. Initially a "repair" was affected but by mutual understanding it was neither satisfactory to me or the dealership. The overall experience from test drive through the finalization of paperwork was outstanding. We purchased additional items (interior protection, hood protection etc) and these were taken care of extrememly quickly. The negotiating process was very quick as initial offer both on price of vehicle and compensation for our trade were fair and in line with market comps and our expectation. I would fully recommend Kuni to anyone interested in an easy experience and an exceptional automobile.
From the initial call to driving off the lot, we were treated well and and had an excellent experience. The entire staff was hospitable and we were greeted at the door upon entering the showroom. We did not feel pressured or like they were playing games as other car dealers do. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Kuni BMW.
